Sette Inc of Japan have been making O scale brass
RTR models of Japanese prototypes for over ten years in conjunction with Alpha
Models of South Korea.
Alpha Models have an excellent reputation for high quality work; they have
made many models for Lemaco of Switzerland and continue these high standards
for Sette Inc.
Lee Marsh (Sette Model Co) is not only involved in importing models, but
also in the research and development of models for the UK and European markets.
It is our aim to produce models that are not only highly detailed, but also
run smoothly.
Our company philosophy is “Models first, business second”.
It is model making that is our passion first and foremost. We wish all our
customers to feel great pleasure every time they look at their Sette Model.
We use original works drawings and photographs as the main body of our research.
The model is then designed using 3D-CAD. These drawings are checked for any
errors before any parts are etched or cast in lost wax brass. Brass test models
are then made and these are checked, not only for details, but also for running.
Corrections are then made before a final set of test models are produced in
the various liveries for checking. All models are tested on an oval test track,
with scale point work, before delivery to the customer.
